Apprentice programme
Start your career in the electricity industry with an Electricity Supply Apprenticeship. Mighty River Power’s three year Apprenticeship Programme combines 40% academic study with 60% on-the-job training, and gives you the skills to step straight into key industry roles.
Graduate & summer student programme
We take on engineering and other graduates and offer student placements to meet business needs each year. Our Graduate Programme provides exposure to different parts of our business supporting graduates integration into the electricity industry and strengthening understanding about what we do, and how we do it.
